Adopt a Hunting Dog

Our adopt a hunting dog program has had a great response. In the 2018 season we at 10 Gauge Outfitters started a new program adopting out our older bird dogs. You may ask why? After 6-7 years the daily routine of our Kansas pheasant hunts, it can be hard on dogs. In order to prolong retirement and make room for newer dogs, we are adopting out our older dogs to qualified individuals.

With this program our hope is to place our older dogs with opportunities to continue to hunt but not necessarily everyday. This program is very selective and those looking to adopt a professionally trained dog will be screened. Please check back frequently as we will have dogs available throughout the year. We also plan to have German Shorthair puppies for sale occasionally.
