European Driven Tower Shoots – 10 Gauge Outfitters in Kansas
The European Driven Tower Shoot is the perfect fit for those looking for a unique and challenging pheasant hunting experience. Once a time-honored tradition in Europe, kings would take part in these challenging hunts. Back to an early European style of hunting, dogs “drive” the birds to a line of shooters. These tower shoots are a great way to hone your pass shooting skills and is perfect for entertaining multiple guests or a corporate outing.
The European Shoot Experience
During the European driven tower shoot, hunters will occupy one of 8 stations located in a circle approximately 100 yards from our tower making a complete circle around the tower. The tower stretching to over 30′ in the sky is where two guides will be releasing pheasants at intervals of 10-16 per session. The pheasants when released, cruise at treetop height across the stations, streaking across the sky in all directions. Providing fast action and multiple shooting opportunities for everyone.
